Pervious Concrete

Air voids in the structure allow a flow through rate equal to 8
to 12 gallons per minute per square foot reducing or eliminating
runoff. Rainfall up to one inch will be held by a 5 inch layer of
pervious concrete before it begins to runoff or percolate into the
substrate.

Landscaping receives greater benefit from rain fall, requiring
less irrigation.
The material can be tinted to match native soil or building colors
just like standard concrete products. And it is just at durable
with a 30+ year life span.

We are one of the first wave of California contractors certified
to install Pervious Concrete.
This fast draining porous material has been deemed by the
Environmental Protection Agency as "a
viable alternative to traditional best management practices for
stormwater treatment."

Storm water filters in to the ground replenishing aquifers. Surface
pollutants are carried into the material and substrate where aerobic
bacteria break them down instead of being swept into rivers, streams,
or storm sewers

Less heat is created and retained compared to asphalt or standard
concrete.
