Justin Stone originated T’ai Chi Chih Movements after years of study in China , Japan and India . T’ai Chi Chih practice is based on the same ancient principles as T’ai Chi Chuan, but it is not a martial art. It was first taught in 1974; since that time there are over 1500 Accredited T’ai Chi Chih teachers around the world.

Accredited Instruction
Patricia received her certification as a Tai’ Chi Chih instructor from Ed Altman and Justin Stone in July of 2000. Students must practice a minimum of two years, and then be sponsored by an accredited teacher before submitting a request for teacher training. The teacher training is an intensive week long class. Patricia has taught classes in several locations including Gyms, Chiropractor Offices, Churches and Hospitals.
